Traffic Safety Department (TSD)
The TSD is an essential division of LCES. They are the law enforcement officers that respond to various traffic complaints, conduct traffic stops, assist other departments and more. The TSD's tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Responding to vehicle persuits.
-Conducting DUI checks, Speed Traps, etc.
-Conducting traffic stops
-Assisting with traffic control on Fire and EMS Calls
-Assisting LCPD.
